Join us on 11th December at 6:30pm or 8pm for a hands-on candle-making session at The Rams Head Disley . A relaxed evening learning how to make a  candle from start to finish.

You’ll set your wick, work with melted wax, pick a scent that actually suits your taste, and pour your candle so it sets to take home.  I’ll guide you through the process step by step and have some laughs along the way, while you make your candle and have a drink. Bottomless drinks are available to purchase on the night at the pub.

It’s a laid-back, practical workshop that suits complete beginners or anyone who just wants a creative evening out with good company. Although I am a professional chandler, the workshop cannot be used to obtain skills for professional use. Hours of training and burn tests are needed to do this along with a deep understanding of safety regulations. This is designed for personal use only. 

Turn up, make a candle, enjoy the atmosphere — and leave with something you made yourself.
